| e-frontier, Inc. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) and JFE Sekkei, Ltd. (Taito-ku, Tokyo) have agreed to establish a 3DCG contents production group in the latter's subsidiary in the Philippines (KELPHIL, INC.) and to collaborate in the production of 3DCG contents. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Prior to the establishment of contents production group in KELPHIL, INC., JFE Sekksi and KELPHIL, INC. conducted a seminar on Shade software in the Philippines sponsored by the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship. Very positive response from the Philippines computer graphic industry to such seminar and the great success of our seminar lead us to the conclusion that the Philippines can offer sufficient and appropriate human resources for 3DCG production. |
