On September 5, 2005, KOKUYO ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY LTD (KET) started its operation of Linkage group at KELPHIL. KET Linkage Group functions as KET’s offshore design center creating office layout and arranging OA flooring, dividers and cabling as well as designing, drawing and cost estimation of Kokuyo products to be used in the office being designed.

Starting members of KET Linkage Group are four engineers, Ms. Anna Bantugon, Ms. Suzette Alba, Ms. Frosalitz Conchada and Ms. Elena Estrella under the supervision of Mr. Mr. Yuuya Okuyama from KET. Ms. Bantugon and Ms. Alba completed their training in Japan under AOTS and came back to the Philippines in August, 2005. KET Linkage Group has been operating smoothly from its start.
