As the age of the new normal unfolds, leaders are faced with an increasingly crucial role in rebuilding their organizations.
On August 11-12, KELPHIL conducted a virtual training for leaders entitled “The New Leader in a Changing World”, facilitated by Harry Pound Consulting Group Inc. The two-day seminar aims to redefine the responsibility that comes with the position. Throughout the sessions, the course established the tone for enhancing the departmental heads’ knowledge of and abilities at leadership.
