KELPHIL collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number, work experience and other such data associated with a resume for job applications.

KELPHIL
also collects graphical works of the applicants if the applicant voluntarily uploads electronic files of such graphical works as part of their resume. KELPHIL recognizes that copyright of such graphical works uploaded by the applicant does not belong to KELPHIL.
 
Use of your Personal Information
KELPHIL collects and use your personal information to operate and deliver the services. KELPHIL also uses your personal information to inform you of services available from KELPHIL Resume Database. KELPHIL may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

KELPHIL does not sell, rent or lease its user or registered member lists to third parties. KELPHIL may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party unless KELPHIL secures permission to do so from you prior to transferring the information to the third party.

KELPHIL may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing user support, providing training courses or performing statistical analysis of our services.
