Company outing and Team building are vital as it stimulates teamwork.
A time for employees to step away from the office desks and establish a bond with colleagues. It helps improve productivity, increase motivation, and encourage collaboration. Furthermore, it breaks the wall between the management and employees.
Last May 2022, the company held a summer outing and team building at Anilao Awari Bay Resort in Batangas. The resort is facing the scenic view of the Balayan Bay and the gorgeous mountain range of Batangas. All of the villas have pool and beach front view which offers that “whiff of fresh air” atmosphere – a breather from the strenuous office works.
Team building commenced in the afternoon on the day of arrival. Teamwork, planning, and strategy were the key objectives of the activities. Everyone had a good time and found great connection with each team.
Photographs does not do justice as to how fun and full of laughter the games were. And like all other games, there has to be a winner! And the top and most powerful team to win is the yellow team; followed by the green, pink, white, and blue team. It was such an exciting and gratifying event to look forward to.
