On July 7, a number of Kelphil employees braved the challenge of taking the JLPT exam categorized into five levels (N1, N2, N3, N4, N5), with N1 being the most difficult level.
The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is a bi annual standardized examination offered by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services as a reliable means of evaluating and certifying the Japanese proficiency of non-native speakers. Kelphil, Inc. provides one hour-long Nihongo classes, from Tuesday to Thursday, to level up the Nihongo skills of the employees and prepare them for the test. The company also provides additional monthly allowances to those who pass the examination.
