KELPHIL continues to encourage individual employee development as they dispatched the next set of trainees for another year under the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) Program which was comprised of three trainees each from the Structural group and Fujiki group and two from Architectural group.
They are to undergo 6 weeks of general language proficiency training and study on the history and culture of Japan, after that they will be dispatched to their respective assigned departments for their technical training.
I would like to thank Kelphil and Fujiki Tekkou for another opportunity to come to Japan. This will be my second time as a trainee so I would like to continue to do my best to give good representation of Kelphil in Japan.”
