2024 AOTS Trainees Fly to Japan on July and August

As part of KELPHIL’s ongoing commitment to enhancing employee skills and technical expertise, a new group of trainees has been sent to Japan through the Association of Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) program.

The first batch, which left in June 2024, includes two members from the Structural Group and one from the Architectural Group. The second batch, which departed in August 2024, consists of two members from the Mechanical Group. An additional trainee from the Mechanical Group will leave for Japan in October 2024.

These trainees will first complete a six-week course in Japanese language, culture, and history. Following this, they will be assigned to their respective departments for technical training.

I would like to thank Kelphil for this opportunity and also to my colleagues who have helped and continue to help me throughout the process. Living outside of your comfort zone will always be hard, but I am excited for what this has in store for me, both career-wise and as an individual.

The responsibility that comes with it is motivation to strive harder, but I will always try to enjoy this new experience whenever I can.”

I would like to thank Kelphil, from management to colleagues, for this great opportunity to train in Japan to enhance my technical skills and learn more about Japanese culture. However, with the full support of my colleagues, I am confident that we can face the challenges that will arise during our training. I believe we can improve ourselves, especially our technical skills, and contribute to the success of the company.”
