KELPHIL organized a webinar to its employees that aims to promote awareness and a harassment-free workplace. This type of webinar can make the employees feel better about their workspace and convey that their company’s leadership truly care about them. An increased feeling of safety at work can contribute to better employee’s confidence, improve relationships, and better productivity in the long run. Presented by Atty. Reinalee Calvez, a webinar that took place on August 11, 2023 , a 3-hour session that gave knowledge to the employees about their rights and integrity inside or outside the
office. The discussion gave importance in constructing a safe workplace culture inside the company. By
educating the employees, it helps them understand what sexual harassment is and makes them aware of it if it is taking place. Through this, it creates boundaries through our words and through our actions. With the speaker initiating the employees with an interactive question and answer portion, it created an opportunity to share and ask about different situations an individual may experience.
