KELPHIL continues to support the growth and development of employees.
The second batch of trainees for this fiscal year, already flew to Japan and began their training. Trainees will study Japanese language, customs and traditions at a training facility for 6 weeks before going to their respective host company for practical training. The current batch of trainees are consisted of members from Structural Group and the Fabrication Design Group. Next batch will be coming from the Architectural group which is now being prepared for technical training in the coming months.
